Refund policy

Customers must ship eligible merchandise back within 15 days of confirmed delivery date. 

Custom orders are not eligible for return.

If you need to cancel or make changes to an order placed, you must contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at leatherandgrainwoodworks@gmail.com.  After 48 hours, order will be processed and you will need to follow the 15-day return process (if custom order, no return may be created).
